Eligible Returns

You can request a return or refund in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered.
• Damaged, defective, or expired product.
• Missing items from the order.
• Quality concerns with perishable goods (must be reported promptly).

Return/Refund Window

• Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery): Report within 2 hours of delivery.
• Non-perishable items (packaged groceries, snacks, etc.): Report within 24 hours of delivery.



Late requests may not be accepted due to the nature of the products.

Return Process

• Go to the Contact Us or Support section on our website.
• Fill out the Return Request Form or email us with your Order ID, issue, and photos (if needed).
• Our support team will review the request and respond within 24 hours.

Refund Method

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet) within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.
• Items without original packaging.
• Returns requested after the return window.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch without valid reason.
